Car and phones charged from a power point

We made breakfast in our room at the Kulgera Roadhouse — banana on toast, tea from the kettle, the camp fridge humming on the bench. On the road, the Tesla can run that fridge off its 12-volt supply, but without vehicle-to-load (which most new EVs have nowadays) we cannot boil a kettle. So, we fill the thermos each morning.
The other local dog found Fran on the doorstep. Overnight the car had quietly charged up from the 15-amp point, just like our phones had done from their power points. We packed up, ready to move on.
We rolled back out onto the Stuart Highway, turned right, north towards Alice Springs, aiming to stop next at Erldunda.
Charging
We left Kulgera on 79%, charged overnight from that 15-amp point. It still was not quite enough to reach Uluru — the car put our arrival at the Yulara campground at just below empty. We plan to stop at Erldunda soon anyway. So, while parked there, we'll just plug in to the solar-powered NRMA fast charger.
