Family reunion at Hansel & Gretel pancake house

Everything you want in a restaurant, including: a shower in the middle of the foyer, hidden tunnels through bookcases, slide down to the toilets, jumping pillows, giant animatronic puppets, general craziness. Pancakes came with a wide range of savoury and sweet fillings, including: ham, pineapple, egg, apple.
This was the first time Francis has met her uncles (her dad’s brothers) and their families (except for Jordy and family a few days ago). It was wonderful and a bit overwhelming to meet them all.
Earlier that day, we visited Sandra’s mum, for a delicious morning tea of cakes, followed by soup and croquettes. Life’s too short, so eat dessert first!
