    About bloody time that the service centres should have multiple high speed chargers and signage to find them, particularly if you are interstate travelling

      Gavin Cooley Signage is nice to have, especially for non-EV drivers to see, but don't you just use app navigation to direct you to the chargers?

        Peter Campbell True. But it’s helpful when someone says “I need a toilet” or “I need coffee” to not have to somehow check PlugShare while driving to see whether the next service centre has an EV charger

      Gavin Cooley yes true they should install the chargers at great expense so that they are available for the very few times you are forced to use them because you have no other option

    So close to Exeter and Campbelltown superchargers... will probably never use it but good for non-Tesla drivers. When headed north I have to refill at Campbelltown to make it through to Raymond Terrace. If on the other hand there was a charger at the Wyong service centre...

      Patrick Keogh I believe there is a new service centre going in a bit further north from Wyong. It will probably have chargers.

    These two service centres (matching pair either side of the highway) are great. AMPOL units. We used both recently. Excellent experience and the facilities were clean and multi choice regarding refreshments. They leave sad Sally’s Corner (North bound) for dead, as they say. They’re our new go to on that stretch to Sydney and beyond. We are non-Tesla users.

      Graeme Allan yes the NRMA chargers at the club. I've used them, charge time was about equal to a toilet break and a relaxed lunch.

      Aco Kovaceski Have you ever had a look at PlugShare.com? There are lots and lots of chargers about. Still, it’s good to know where they are, for exactly the same reason as it’s good to know where petrol stations are, you need to fill up sometime unless you’re driving a nuclear powered car.

    AT FRIGGIN' LAST! Apart from being useful for EV drivers it reminds other drivers that yes, there are EV chargers out there.

    Excellent. EV drivers using ABRP or similar won't need it but it is great to dispel the idea that 'the infrastructure is not there yet' for people who don't have EVs yet.

    When you are travelling hundreds or thousands of klm from home any reasonable assistance to find convenient chargers is welcome. I don't enjoy hunting for one in the back of suburbia when they should be essentially hiway accessible.

    They should say what chargers they have such as 350 kW. With that I can charge in 15 mins. That frees it up for other users.

    We should absolutely get them at Midway, the busiest pair of roadhouses in WA. Especially the one going toward Perth.
