Lunch stop at Lakes Entrance. Long drive today from Mallacoota, west to Emerald.
Lunch: Mongolian and fried rice, on the waterfront.
Dessert: shared donut from Big Bear Donuts. Again 🍩. Mum's face did not approve 😉.
Charging
There’s a fast charger in a shopping center and another one at the other end of town, but none in the central waterfront. So, we didn’t charge here. We’ll just charge at the next parking opportunity.
But currently on a road trip from Sorrento to Adelaide via St Arnaud and Mildura today and staying in Wentworth tomorrow night and then heading to Adelaide on Tuesday morning for a few days over Christmas and then back home via Hamilton next Sunday.
This is my first trip to Adelaide in my 2023 Model 3 Long Range and I’ve been wanting to do this trip for awhile now as I’ve only done two interstate trips to Wollongong and Canberra so far but never to South Australia until now!
Charged up before I left home and got about 48% left at the moment so probably charge up again in Mildura I think and then obviously when I get to Adelaide as well.
Plus I got the Christmas update on Friday afternoon so downloaded it straight away!
Plus it’s got FSD on it too!!! Which I’m definitely looking forward to getting one day soon but tested it on a Model Y recently and it was amazing but just need another $55k to get the new long range model after trading mine in for about 33k but don’t have that kind of money at the moment either do my parents either but really want to upgrade it to the Model Y Long Range though!
