Spring is here! Visiting Kuranga Native Nursery to buy plants to fill some pots, and some native inspired food to fill our bellies.
Paperbark Cafe is on site. A few days earlier, from the menu we shared (see photos):
Lemon myrtle porridge, poached fig, rhubarb, pear, raspberry & strawberry gum pearls, dried raspberry
Lemon aspen smashed avocado, grapefruit balsamic reduction, baby burrata, medley tomato, crispy prosciutto crumb, sundried tomato, beetroot dust,
Giddy-up lemon myrtle sourdough,
Charging
The car’s belly was full from charging at home, from solar, also natively generated in Australia.
